Socrates

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Canadian Whiskey
• 1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy
• Splash of Triple Sec
• Dash of Bitters

Preparation and Serving

1. Pour ingredients into mixing glass or shaker with ice.
2. Shake or stir per preference.
3. Strain into chilled martini glass.
4. Raise the glass and say – “Crito, we owe a cock to Asclepius; pay it and don’t forget.”
5. Imbibe.
